Golder Associates is seeking an Environmental Project Manager who will work as part of a team of scientists and engineers in the Mount Laurel, NJ office. In this role, you will be a member of a team that provides project and client management services, remedial investigation, design, regulatory compliance and environmental monitoring services for a broad range of clients. Golder Associates is a strong advocate of the team approach to undertaking projects and problem solving. Accordingly, in this role you will interface with and work in multi-disciplinary teams in which the contribution of each member is equally valued.

Responsibilities of this role may include:

  • Execute technical work in areas of expertise;

  • Provide effective management of small to medium projects;

  • Provide mentoring and supervision for junior staff;

Participate in the continued growth and development of the consulting practice in Golder’s Mid-Atlantic Operations

Job Requirements:

  • BS degree in Geology, Engineering, Science or related field; higher degree preferred;

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience required;

  • Experience with Federal (CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA), New Jersey, and/or Pennsylvania environmental programs;

  • Strong technical skills in scoping environmental investigations; collection, analysis and interpretation of environmental data; and report writing;

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills;

  • PG, PE, LSRP or related professional registration preferred;

  • Strong interpersonal and client management skills;

  • Proven experience in managing projects and people;

  • Willingness to travel as dictated by project demands;

  • Pass a pre-employment physical including a drug screening and background check;

  • Must have a valid driver’s license
