Golder Associates Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Receptionist. This position is not just about answering phones and greeting visitors, our Receptionist position is an integral part of our administrative team. This position will support our Lake Oswego (Portland) office as well as provide support to other Golder offices and perform other administrative duties including but not limited to:

  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately

  • Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and faxes

  • Maintain reception and office areas

  • Maintain appropriate stock of office and kitchen supplies

  • Coordinate facilities and equipment repair and maintenance

  • Coordinate refreshments for meetings

  • Schedule and coordinate conference rooms

  • Maintain in/out sheet for Portland office employees

  • Other administrative tasks as assigned

  • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook.
