Our Reno, Nevada office has immediate and long term needs for a full-time office Administrative Assistant.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Report production

  • Word processing and preparation of simple spreadsheets

  • Conduct grammar/punctuation editing, formatting, report production, distribution, and archiving in accordance with established document management procedures for technical documents

  • Compile data and prepare correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, charts, forms, etc. pertaining to specific projects or tasks

  • Manage calendars to organize and coordinate work flow and meetings (prepare agendas, meeting minutes, follow-up on action items) and special events for the office

  • File management of reports and documents in accordance with company document management procedures

  • Organize and coordinate internal, external project meetings, client functions, training functions and client meetings as necessary

  • Perform reception, filing, mailroom, front desk duties, and other general administrative duties

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in office administration or related field

  • Associates Degree required

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet Explorer.

  • General computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn the company’s accounting, administrative and communication systems to enhance work performance.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
