Golder Associates Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Environmental Engineer/Scientist for our growing office in Westborough Massachusetts. This individual will be responsible for the following: Job Requirements:

  • Conducting business development activities, primarily in southern New England

  • Rapid development and growth of Golder’s client base in southern New England

  • Making complex decisions with limited guidance and review from senior staff

  • Managing large and complex projects

  • Providing technical direction and supervision to junior and intermediate staff

  • Assisting with the growth of Golder’s Westborough Office including recruiting and client development The successful candidate will:

  • Possess one or more professional certifications such as LSP, LEP, PE, PG or CHMM

  • Have a proven business development track record including an existing New England client base

  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience

  • Possess a working knowledge of Massachusetts and Connecticut waste site cleanup regulations

  • Possess a high level of specialist skills in technical discipline areas

  • Knowledge of client sectors such as; oil and gas, utilities, manufacturing and development/Brownfield

  • Manage multi-disciplinary projects

  • Continue development of technical specialty or service and participate in ongoing training and conferences
