We are currently have a full time opportunity for an AdministrativeAssistant to join our office support team based in Adelaide . You will be involved in general assistance to Teams and Group Leaders including managing resourcing records, travel and vehicle bookings, booking training and medicals, record keeping, new personnel set-ups and orientation.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Frontof house and telephone enquiries;

  • Administrativeassistance including data entry, word processing, printing and binding ofdocuments, document control and filing (electronic and hard copy);

  • Assistwith office administration and adhoc tasks as required, including leaveand reception cover, coordinate courier pick-ups/drop offs, general upkeepof office and maintain stationery/ kitchen supplies, coordinate, trainingevents and functions including catering, preparing rooms, note taking andIT requirements;

  • Assistin coordinating the journey management process for travellers;

  • Procurementactivities, including liaising with accounts payable to process paymentsand invoice preparation;

  • Assistin the coordination and maintenance management of company assets andequipment;

  • Projectsite preparation via SharePoint; and

  • Providingday-to-day assistance to Group Leaders and Project Manager

Skills, Qualifications,and Experience

  • Completionof secondary studies and/or Certificate III Business Administration

  • Goodorganisational and time management skills

  • Excellentattention to detail and the ability to prioritise and multi-task

  • Strongdemonstrated customer service skills

  • Strongwritten and verbal communication skills

  • Useof initiative and a can do attitude

  • Abilityto work unsupervised and be proactive

  • Excellentinterpersonal skills and a team player

  • Knowledgeof the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Office365).
