Golder has a new opportunity for Junior to Intermediate Geotechnical Engineer to join our Geotechnical team on a full-time basis based in Auckland.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
Deliver best practice consultingservices to clients
Technical input, primarily for projectsin infrastructure and land development.
Providing support to other clientsectors, such as contaminated land, waste and oil/gas.
Assist with Technical Review, and assistfostering technical quality of deliverables.
Have a focus on key clients, developingstrategy, technical service offerings and significant businessopportunities.
Contribute to office strategy anddirection as a member of the team.
Some Project management, budgeting andquality control for consulting assignments.
Embrace and lead our strong H&Sculture.
Participate in the national and globalGolder Technical Geotechnical Community within projects or other forumssuch as teleconferences and web sites.
Skills,Qualifications, and Experience
A broad geotechnical engineeringbackground.
Proven ability to manage and developclient relationships, projects and project teams.
Strong interpersonal communication,influencing, motivational and conceptual thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbalcommunication and presentation skills.
Minimum Bachelor Civil/GeotechnicalEngineering degree.
Post-graduate degree highly regarded.
