Golder has a new opportunity for a Senior Environmental Consultant to join our Manchester,New Hampshire office location to work as part of a team on permitting, site assessment and remediation projects, particularly in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have over 10-15 years’ experience in environmental consulting, familiarity with Pennsylvania and New York environmental regulatory agencies, and a proven track record of successful business development.

Responsibilitiesof the role will include:

  • Provide senior environmental review and technical assistance across thelife cycle of project work: problem definition, solution development, anddelivery

  • Lead and/or support project development and delivery (proposals,project management, client relations, senior reviews, team development andtraining)

  • Maintain, grow, and develop existing and new client relationships

  • Work to build business opportunities with other Golder staff around thecompany

  • Arrange technical presentations and webinars in your area(s) ofexpertise, including attend professional organization seminars and conferenceson Golder’s behalf

  • Work with Principals and Associates to develop and maintain expertise intechnologies to serve key business interests and identify growth areas forGolder and

  • Contribute to a culture of health, safety andprotection of the environment

Thesuccessful candidate will possess:

  • BS in Geology,Environmental Engineering, and/or equivalent; MS is preferred

  • New York and Pennsylvania PE registration (at a minimum)

  • Environmental consulting experience, including strong resume indicatingsuccessful project execution of projects under Pennsylvania and New Yorkenvironmental regulatory authorities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined withexcellent analytical abilities, leadership ability, a positive attitude andability to work both independently and within groups

  • Proven business development success will receive primary consideration
