Golder has a new opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Digital Solutions team on a full-time basis based in any of our US offices to support its Digital Solutions Service Line.

Responsibilitieswill typically include:

  • Workingwith various internal and external stakeholders to plan various projects(scope, schedule and budget

  • Leadproject teams, composed of mostly internal stakeholders, with some externalstakeholders to execute projects toensure that deliverables satisfy clients’ multiple needs

  • Assemble,manage and use a project monitoring system to monitor and track projectprogress with respect to schedule andbudget

  • Utilizeand follow various Golder project management policies and protocols as well asavailable financial tools and systems

  • Developand implement project support plans (project health and safety, projectquality, project risk management, projectcommunication, project documentation, etc.)

  • Manageprojects with technical teams to deliver on schedule and budget, and meet thetechnical requirements of clientsand regulatory agencies, if applicable

  • Liaiseregularly and frequently with clients and project teams to offer support andguidance

  • Motivateand influence various levels of technical experts toward the completion ofprojects on time and on budget

  • Managechange related scope, budget and schedule and actively communicate with theinternal project team and clients

  • Provideleadership and guidance to junior project staff

  • Proficientwith Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, andProject.

  • Detailoriented

  • Abilityto manage multiple concurrent work assignments

  • Understandingof Environmental, Health & Safety, Sustainability, Quality, or RiskManagement regulations, processes and reporting.

  • Excellentverbal and written communication skills in general business and technical capacities

  • Excellentlistening and questioning skills

  • Excellenttime management and organizational skills

  • Excellentproblem solving and analytical skills


  • Has a BSc or MSc (preferred) or equivalent degree in Engineering, Science, Environmental, Business or related discipline

  • 5years as a consultant working as a project manager where the candidateleveraged internal project

  • Manageteams of greater than 5 people in engineering, science, environmental, orrelated disciplines

  • Strongknowledge of Project Management Systems

  • Strongunderstanding of the importance of health and safety in projects

  • Superiorproject planning skills, detail conscious and result oriented

  • Strongwritten and oral communications skills

  • Highlevel of professionalism, integrity and ethics


  • ProjectManagement Professional (PMP) designation or equivalent accreditation inproject management (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, Six Sigma)

  • Demonstratedproficiency configuring solutions with at least one major EHS softwareplatform.
