Golder has a new opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our team in a full-time position at our Denver, Colorado office. The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager in achieving the project’s objectives through the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities ofthe role will include:

  • Support Project Managers and internalstakeholders in planning and executing projects

  • Coordinate project setup and closing as perGolder’s Project Delivery procedures

  • Assist with developing and maintaining projectWork Breakdown Structure and schedule

  • Coordinate logistics in support of travel andfield programs, including mobilization, site access, accommodation, fieldsupplies, etc.

  • Setup and maintain budget and expendituretracking under the guidance of Project Managers

  • Interface with the accounting team regardingclient invoicing, payments and the monthly project billing cycle

  • Maintain project contracts and documentationfor sub-consultants, contractors, and vendors

  • Track equipment calibration certification

  • Track and ensure compliance with requirementsof quality management processes or plans

  • Assist with developing and managing projectHSSE plans

  • Coordinate and document team communications

  • Compile progress reports for the client,project team and other stakeholders

  • Coordinate document delivery, updates, filingand implement other control systems

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic knowledge of project managementprinciples and PMI’s Body of Knowledge

  • Practical application of Microsoft OfficeSuite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint.

  • Advanced planning, organization, andcommunication skills

  • Resourceful, enterprising, collaborative teamplayer

  • Strong attention to detail and resultsoriented

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • One or more years of experience in relatedproject support in a multi-disciplinary environment

  • Experience with scheduling tools (e.g.Primavera P6 or MS Project) common to industry practices
