Golder Associates is seeking a dynamic Receptionist to join their team in the London , Ontario office contract basis.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Greets our clients and colleagues as they connect to our office via phone or in person;
Provides reception and administration duties in support of our office and the administrative team;
Answering phones and redirecting all incoming calls;
Greeting visitors and connecting them with the person they are visiting;
Incoming and outgoing mail and courier processing;
Booking and maintaining meeting rooms;
Fax, Printer and Mail machine assistance
Ordering office supplies
Ordering Catering for meetings
Typing, formatting, filing, emailing letters, tables, faxes, transmittals, reports using Microsoft Office 2016;
Retrieve/return files from Archiving;
Miscellaneous administrative duties, as required.
You will have a background in:
Minimum College certificate/diploma in Business, with a focus on administration;
1 – 3 years of administrative experience considered an asset;
Excellent Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Strong word-processing skills;
Proven work ethic, self-motivated and driven;
Independent, pro-active, professional and positive manner;
Good verbal communication and writing skills are essential;
Detail-oriented, with an emphasis on quality of work;
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional role, within a highly demanding office environment; and
Excellent organizational skills.
