Golder has a new opportunity for an Assistant Administrator to join our Manchester, New Hampshire on a full-time basis .

Primary responsibilities for this position include:

  • Administrative support within a project, program and/or group

  • Answer phones, direct incoming calls

  • Greet clients and colleagues via phone or in person

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail

  • Assist with overnight shipments and courier requests

  • Book and maintain meeting rooms

  • Issue visitor badges, communicate office Health & Safety information to visitors

  • Print, copy, bind reports or other materials, as requested

  • Process files for hard copy / electronic filing, assist with management of archiving

  • Input data into client relations database

  • May provide basic document processing

  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies

  • Code, scan and send invoices to accounts payable, assist with basic inquiries from vendors

  • Provide support to senior administrators, project managers and others

  • Fast-paced, multi-dimensional role, with strict deadlines and multiple, competing timelines

  • Maintaining a positive and professional representation with all colleagues

  • Additional duties may be assigned

The successful candidate will have a background in:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required

  • One year of prior experience preferred

  • Basic Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required

  • Detail-oriented, organized, with an emphasis on quality of work

  • Good verbal communication and writing skills are essential
