Golder has a new opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our Geotechnical Engineering Division on a full-time basis at our Markham location.

An overview of your role will include:

  • Filing, copying, scanning, and collating documents;

  • Inputting and editing data in Microsoft Office Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, etc.);

  • Formatting documents and presentations;

  • Typing notes/minutes/letters;

  • In addition, to the above stated duties you will be expected to assist other Administrative Assistants in the office as required.

You will have a background in:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience providing administrative support in an office environment;

  • Good organizational skills (record keeping, time management, follow up);

  • Good communication skills (listening, speaking and writing);

  • Good problem solver with the ability to identify alternative solutions;

  • Team player;

  • The ability to take directions;

  • Flexible, can-do attitude; an

  • Attention to detail and sense of urgency;

  • Have a valid driver's license and have access to a car.
