Golder has a new opportunity part-time opportunity for an experienced Intergraded Management Coordinator to be based in either Brisbane or Melbourne. You will be reporting to the Regional Integrated Management System Leader APAC and be responsible for providing support to the Regional Leader GAIMS and Project Management Office Leader in the administration and continual improvement of the Golder Associates Integrated Management System (GAIMS).
Key duties and responsibilities include:
Support the National Subcontractor Coordinator in database administration and provide leave coverage as required.
Upkeep the ongoing maintenance of the integrated management system in the Asia Pacific region.
Scheduling and conducting internal audits with Project Managers for compliance to internal procedures;
Provision of training and awareness of GAIMS for new employees;
Support coaching/assistance for Project Managers on GAIMS requirements as required;
Support the team by:
Supporting external audit preparation across the region;
Maintaining the non-conformance, audit and other databases as required;
Maintaining document control and associated registers;
Maintaining registers of approved appointments;
Administer team SharePoint database, including the upload of documents;
Support data collection and recording for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Ideally degree qualified or equivalent with experience in a similar position
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good time management and ability to multi-task.
Ability to work efficiently, both autonomously and in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Willingness to share ideas for continuous improvement
Ability to conduct internal audits
