We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team, to be based out of Melbourne or Brisbane.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
Responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition Team in delivering active and passive talent across various business sectors and disciplines within the Region;
Independently working on junior level recruitment needs, including:
Coordinating graduate and vacation programs;
Preparing and drafting advertisements for requisitions;
Reviewing candidates accurately using the applicant tracking system (Taleo);
Ensuring requisitions are managed and kept up to date;
Utilizing Social Recruiting as part of the wider sourcing strategy;
Ensuring candidates are comprehensively pre-screened and coordinating interview panels;
Undertaking reference checks as per procedure within Region;
Communicating with candidates that are already in the applicant tracking system (Taleo), via email and strategic marketing efforts; and
Working with and providing support to other members of the team as required
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience;
Proficiency with Taleo and core office programs such Office 365 applications;
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work with minimum supervision and proven ability in a fast-paced environment;
Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and work effectively with various levels of employees;
A strong work ethic and high levels of initiative, enthusiasm and reliability, strong time management and organizational skills and must be able to manage pressure whilst achieving quality business outcomes; and
Excellent communication skills across all levels in all forms, face-to-face, telephone, video and written communication.
