Golder has a new opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join our Business Support team on a, full-time basis in Sydney.

Key duties andresponsibilities include:

Project Support:

  • Assisting Project Managers (PMs) andproject personnel with site mobilisation (this includes project relatedtravel bookings, booking medicals and training courses)

  • Assisting PMs with traveldocumentation

  • Monitoring the journey managementprocess

  • Word processing of documents such asBids and Proposals, memorandums & letters

  • Printing and binding of deliverables

  • Project site preparation viaSharepoint

  • Assisting PMs with maintainingproject files and document control for larger projects

  • Assisting PMs with projectprocurement, including liaising with accounts payable to process payments

Team Support:

  • Assisting with training records andtraining coordination

  • Assisting Team Leaders with project resourcing

  • Travel and training course bookings

  • Assisting with the coordination ofmeetings, taking meeting notes

  • Assisting PMs in compliance withGAIMS requirements;

  • Assisting with on boarding on newstarters as per local guidelines.

  • Filing and retrieving documents,records and reports.

  • Assist with day to day facilitycoordination within the building

  • Facilitating with warehouse on dayto day processes

Skills,Qualifications, and Experience

  • Completion of secondary studiesrequired; Diploma of Business or Project Management qualification ishighly desirable

  • Good organisational and timemanagement skills

  • Excellent attention to detail andthe ability to prioritise and multi-task

  • Strong demonstrated customer serviceskills

  • Strong written and verbalcommunication skills

  • Use of initiative and a can-doattitude

  • Ability to work unsupervised and beproactive

  • Ability to develop and implementsmall internal projects

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ateam player

  • Intermediate to advanced skill levelacross Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook),familiarity with Sharepoint
