Golder is currently seeking a Project/Office administrator to support our Redmond, WA office on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to balance a variety of tasks and be able to work well with many individuals with competing requests. This position will also provide project support to our technical staff assisting with project setup, financial tracking, and deliverable coordination.

Office Administrator duties include the following:

  • Track and maintaininformation relative to business operations.

  • Plan and implementlogistics for executive level internal and external events, as well as officesocial events.

  • Vendor management(security, coffee/tea, vending, cleaner).

  • Transportationcoordinator. Works with City to comply with state commuting laws, organizetransportation events and keep employees informed of events and commutingpromotions, coordinate annual survey.

  • Coordinate and processdomestic and international business travel arrangements, monitor designatedbusiness traveler logistics. Manage airline reward programs.

  • Assist in reconcilingcorporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement andverify payments to corporate credit cards.

  • Accounts payable andvendor invoicing processing.

  • Other administrativeduties as assigned.

Project Administrator duties include the following:

  • Read/edit and processingof letters, reports and other engineering and environmental documents.

  • Manage and update client opportunities, proposal and projectrecords through CRM/Dynamics.

  • Create project sites using SharePoint.

  • Processing vendor andsubcontractor invoices for payment and reviewing statements.

  • Scanning, photocopyingand mailing of documents and reports.

  • Maintain projectfiling system

The successful candidate will have abackground in:

Mandatory:

  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office Suite, advancedWord, intermediate Excel, and basic PowerPoint skills.Working knowledge and previous experiencewith SharePoint and MS Dynamics.

  • Minimum of three years of relatedexperience.

  • Familiarity with office equipment,including multi-line phones, business hub, printer/scanner/copier.

  • Familiarity with basic officeaccounting; credit card reconciliation, vendor invoice review and processing,vendor statement review.

  • Proofread materials for accuracy, completeness,compliance with corporate policies, formatting adherence and correct Englishusage, including grammar, punctuation and spelling.

  • Strong attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience inan engineering, construction or architectural firm, or similar.
