Golder Associates is currently seeking a Senior Project Administrator to work out of our Roseville, California office.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
Assist project managers in the coordination of logistics related to field programs, internal meetings, site visits, and client meetings, including presentation materials for meetings, and final deliverables.
Establish and manage project collaboration sites using Office 365 SharePoint.
Ensure project files are kept up to date using the specified document control system that meet company quality guidelines.
Process vendor and subcontractor invoices for payment, assist vendor/subcontractors with questions regarding invoice payment.
Provide document control support adhering to document control procedures, including QA/QC, document formatting, issuing transmittals.
Manage and update client opportunities, proposals and project setup using our Client Relations Management system.
Regional Leadership and Operational Support:
Assist in the planning and organizing operations activities.
Data extraction, reporting and analysis from enterprise systems of financial, client and project information.
Working with leadership team and relevant functional leads to ensure operational efficiency and delivery of strategy.
Office Administration and Facilities:
Assist in the management and coordination of facilities related matters for the Roseville office.
Management of facility related vendors and suppliers.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Minimum eight years of relevant administrative experience.
Advanced Microsoft Office 365 knowledge, including proven skills using word processing functions, formatting/copy editing, use of macros, styles, and templates.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, proven ability to create pivot tables, use of data analysis functions and formulas.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional role, within a highly demanding office environment.
Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Business Administration.
Basic understanding of scheduling principles and software.
