We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Asset / Facilities Coordinator to be part of the NSW Business Support team. This is a full time permanent position based in our St. Leonards office close to public transport.
The focus of this role is to undertake and coordinate a variety of activities from general maintenance and repair requirements through to assisting the Business Support Manager with projects.
With preious experience in a similar role, you will play a key role to:
Asset management of all field and office equipment
Coordination of the day to day activates around the upkeep and maintenance of the office
Manage and maintain equipment storage areas
Total fleet management of company vehicles
Assistance in project, site mobilization and design office start-up requirement
New starter and on boarding responsibilities including IT set up, desk set up, PPE and first aid gear procurement and site gear procurement
Work with the Business Support Team to resolve IT issues as required

Good understanding of HSE legislation and requirements
Strong prioritization and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to deal with diverse stakeholders
High attention to detail and the ability to multi task
Demonstrated people and customer service skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite
