We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Asset / Facilities Coordinator to be part of the NSW Business Support team. This is a full time permanent position based in our St. Leonards office close to public transport.

The focus of this role is to undertake and coordinate a variety of activities from general maintenance and repair requirements through to assisting the Business Support Manager with projects.

With preious experience in a similar role, you will play a key role to:

  • Asset management of all field and office equipment

  • Coordination of the day to day activates around the upkeep and maintenance of the office

  • Manage and maintain equipment storage areas

  • Total fleet management of company vehicles

  • Assistance in project, site mobilization and design office start-up requirement

  • New starter and on boarding responsibilities including IT set up, desk set up, PPE and first aid gear procurement and site gear procurement

  • Work with the Business Support Team to resolve IT issues as required

  • IT savvy

  • Driver's License

  • Good understanding of HSE legislation and requirements

  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Flexible

  • Ability to deal with diverse stakeholders

  • High attention to detail and the ability to multi task

  • Demonstrated people and customer service skills

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite

  • Manual lifting
