We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Administrator to join our dynamic Geotechnical team on a full-time basis (37.5hr week), currently in St Leonards but moving to North Sydney early 2018. This is a great opportunity, available immediately due to internal promotion.

As an integral member of the group, the focus of your role is to provide general administrative support to our professional consultants. This role will suit an individual who is exceptionally detail focused, conscientious and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Booking travel, including flights and accommodation;

  • Conduct site mobilisation for field staff;

  • Arrange medical bookings;

  • Data management and document control;

  • Manage staff training records;

  • Assist with, and approve timesheets and expenses;

  • Coordinate group and client meetings;

  • Assist with preparing reports and word processing;

  • Data Entry including Gint;

  • Provide administrative support to Group Leader and overall team of 50 employees; and

  • Other duties as required.

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive and able to work independently and within a team. You will also have exceptional organisational skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite. Demonstrated customer service experience and previous experience working in a consultancy or professional services environment will be highly regarded.
