An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our NSW Business Support team in St. Leonards.

Key Responsibilities

  • General Office assistance including; managing leave calendars and resourcing records

  • Booking and managing travel requirements (accommodation, flights and car bookings)

  • Creating purchase orders

  • Booking training

  • Handling inbound calls and directing external calls to the appropriate recipient (occasional reception cover)

  • assisting in coordinating the journey management process for travelers;

  • Administrative assistance including data entry, word processing, printing and binding of documents, document control and filing (electronic and hard copy)

  • Editing and formatting reports and letters including finalizing for distribution

  • Data entry (including Gint)

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, training events and functions including catering, preparing meeting rooms and note taking

  • Assist other Group Administrators and project teams as required


  • pervious general administration experience

  • Good time management skills

  • excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi task

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Use of initiative and a can do attitude

  • Ability to work unsupervised and be proactive

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player

  • Knowledge Microsoft Office suite
