Golder has a new opportunity for a Group Administrator to join our Geotechnicalteam on a full-time basis based in Perth .
Key duties andresponsibilities include:
Assist Project Managers (PMs)and project personnel with site mobilisation.
Provide administration supportto projects including assisting Project Managers with:
Maintainingproject files and document control
Liaisingwith accounts payable to process payments
Preparingtravel documentation and monitoring journey management processes
Provide day to day assistanceto Group Leader including work in progress tracking
Assist with coordinatingemployee mobilisation requirements; including project related travelbookings, booking medicals and training courses
Assist with timesheets andexpenses entry
Assist with maintaining officeresources including PPE, cars, equipment, printers, plotters, computers
Assist with other tasks asrequired including booking meeting rooms, reception cover, orderingcatering, booking taxis, on boarding on new starters as per localguidelines, records and reports travel and accommodation
Assist PMs in compliance withGAIMS requirements
Organising client meetings,ordering catering, preparing meeting rooms, taking notes if required
Ensure employee CVs areregularly updated and reviewed as per the office process
Other duties as required
Skills, Qualifications,and Experience
Completion of secondary studiesrequired, and a Diploma of Business or Project Management qualification ishighly desirable
Good organisational and timemanagement skills
Excellent attention to detailand the ability to prioritise and multi-task
Strong demonstrated customerservice skills
Strong written and verbalcommunication skills
Use of initiative and a can-doattitude
Ability to work unsupervisedand be proactive
Ability to develop andimplement small internal projects
Excellent interpersonal skillsand a team player
Intermediate to advanced skilllevel across Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
