Golder has a new opportunity for a Group Administrator to join our Geotechnicalteam on a full-time basis based in Perth .

Key duties andresponsibilities include:

  • Assist Project Managers (PMs)and project personnel with site mobilisation.

  • Provide administration supportto projects including assisting Project Managers with:

  • Projectset up

  • Maintainingproject files and document control

  • Liaisingwith accounts payable to process payments

  • Preparingtravel documentation and monitoring journey management processes

  • Provide day to day assistanceto Group Leader including work in progress tracking

  • Assist with coordinatingemployee mobilisation requirements; including project related travelbookings, booking medicals and training courses

  • Assist with timesheets andexpenses entry

  • Assist with maintaining officeresources including PPE, cars, equipment, printers, plotters, computers

  • Assist with other tasks asrequired including booking meeting rooms, reception cover, orderingcatering, booking taxis, on boarding on new starters as per localguidelines, records and reports travel and accommodation

  • Assist PMs in compliance withGAIMS requirements

  • Organising client meetings,ordering catering, preparing meeting rooms, taking notes if required

  • Ensure employee CVs areregularly updated and reviewed as per the office process

  • Other duties as required

    Skills, Qualifications,and Experience

  • Completion of secondary studiesrequired, and a Diploma of Business or Project Management qualification ishighly desirable

  • Good organisational and timemanagement skills

  • Excellent attention to detailand the ability to prioritise and multi-task

  • Strong demonstrated customerservice skills

  • Strong written and verbalcommunication skills

  • Use of initiative and a can-doattitude

  • Ability to work unsupervisedand be proactive

  • Ability to develop andimplement small internal projects

  • Excellent interpersonal skillsand a team player

  • Intermediate to advanced skilllevel across Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
