Golder has a new opportunity for a Senior Digital Solutions Implementation Consultan t to join our team on a full-time basis. This position can be based out of multiple locations:

  • Irvine, CA

  • Chicago, IL

  • Denver, CO

  • Pittsburgh, PA

  • Richmond, VA

Responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Interact withcustomers using a variety of means to obtain technical details required forconfiguration

  • Interpret customercompliance requirements and business processes in sufficient detail to developtechnical specifications for configuration

  • Provide feedback andsuggestions for improving existing business processes

  • Configure EHSsoftware per design specifications

  • Perform unit testingof EHS software to verify configuration per design specifications

  • Perform end to endsystem testing with support as needed

  • Develop reports,dashboards and other visualization assets using commercially available softwarepackages and tools

  • Demonstrate softwareconfiguration and base functionality to customers in informal and formalsettings

  • Assist in thedevelopment of integration specifications and testing

  • Develop technicaldocumentation for customer or project team use

  • Develop trainingmaterials for customer use

  • Deliver training tocustomers

  • Develop test scriptsand support customers through UAT

  • Develop legacy datamapping

  • Perform datamigration and cleansing activities

  • Analyze and interpretlarge, complex data sets

  • Troubleshootconfiguration issues during deployment and rollout activities

  • Support customeraccount team during post deployment and rollout activities

Key Skills

  • Demonstrated abilityto work in a team environment

  • Demonstratedknowledge of relational databases, software platforms and integrationmethodologies

  • Proficient withMicrosoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project.

  • Detail oriented

  • Ability to managemultiple concurrent work assignments

  • Familiar withtechnology delivery lifecycle for waterfall and agile methodologies

  • Understanding ofEnvironmental, Health & Safety, Sustainability, Quality, or Risk Managementregulations, processes and reporting.

  • Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills in general business and technical capacities

  • Excellent listeningand questioning skills

  • Excellent timemanagement and organizational skills

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

The successful candidate will have a background in:

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university

  • 7-15 years of experience

  • Experience with one of the following subject areas: environmental permitting/compliance, occupational health/industrial hygiene, safety incident management, sustainability/resiliency, quality management or risk management (operational or enterprise)

  • Demonstrated proficiency configuring solutions with at least one major EHS software platform

Preferred:

  • Masters degree in engineering, sciences or information systems

  • Experience with multiple subject areas: environmental permitting/compliance, occupational health/industrial hygiene, safety incident management, sustainability/resiliency, quality management or risk management (operational or enterprise)

  • Demonstrated proficiency configuring solutions with multiple EHS software platforms
