Golder has a new opportunity for a Driver to join our Ground Engineering team on a temporary 8 month basis based in Whitby.
An overview of your role will include:
Ensure the company provided vehicle is in good working condition (regular maintenance checks, clean inside and out, smoke free etc.).
Safely secure/store test samples before driving.
Ensure samples from various locations are delivered to the laboratory within the same business day.
Ensure waybill books are properly maintained (invoiced accordingly with customer signature).
Perform assorted office and/or laboratory maintenance tasks as required.
You will have a background in:
Clean 3-year drivers abstract
Valid Class G Ontario Drivers License
Excellent knowledge of surrounding areas
Long periods of sitting in a vehicle (1-2 hours at a time)
Overtime as required
